Crew member shifts are flexible, including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends. Success in this role requires a cheerful attitude, eye contact, and a smile.

Job Duties

1. Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience
2. Help customers order their meals
3. Prepare customer meals
4. Collaborate with team members and managers to meet goals and have fun
5. Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant environment
6. Serve and assist others

Job Requirements

1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Willingness to learn and grow
3. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
4. Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the US

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, and reach
• Work in warm and cold temperatures
• Stand for 8-10 hours
• Lift up to 20 lbs
