Burger King Restaurant Assistant Manager

Join us as a Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) at GPS Hospitality. Our team is staffed with amazing people, and we are looking to add more dedicated professionals.

The RAM supports the Restaurant General Manager in developing a team, delivering excellent guest experiences, and achieving sales goals. This role involves learning, managing, and teaching restaurant systems to meet objectives, develop staff, and ensure top service. Performance bonuses are available based on operational and financial results.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction
• Train and coach team members
• Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to manage daily operations
• Implement controls for cash and inventory
• Set and meet goals for service, operations, and financial performance
• Maintain operational standards including speed, food safety, and cleanliness
• Monitor and improve food and labor variances
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Work all shifts as needed
• Demonstrate proficiency in restaurant operations and provide team feedback
• Problem-solving and compliance with regulations and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the RGM

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
• Work in varying temperatures
• Stand for 8-10 hours
• Lift up to 20 lbs

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume settings
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
• ServSafe certification preferred
