Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Restaurant Assistant Managers (RAM) to support our team. The RAM assists the Restaurant General Manager in developing a motivated team, delivering excellent guest experiences, and driving sales. This role involves learning, managing, and teaching restaurant systems to meet operational, service, and financial goals. RAMs are rewarded with performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction
• Train and coach team members
• Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems for daily restaurant operations
• Implement controls for cash and inventory
• Achieve restaurant goals related to service, operations, and finance
• Maintain standards for speed, safety, cleanliness, and food quality
• Manage labor and food variances to enhance results
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Work various shifts as needed
• Exemplify operational excellence and team leadership
• Provide feedback and coaching
• Resolve problems effectively
• Comply with all regulations and policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the RGM

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, reach
• Work in warm and cold environments

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume setting
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Minimum age of 18 and authorized to work in the US
• ServSafe certification preferred
