Job Overview

We are seeking Restaurant Assistant Managers (RAM) to join our team. Our restaurants are staffed with dedicated, talented individuals, and we are looking to expand our team. The RAM supports the Restaurant General Manager in developing a team, delivering excellent guest experiences, and achieving top-line sales. This role involves learning, managing, and teaching restaurant systems effectively to meet goals, develop staff, and ensure excellent service. RAMs are eligible for bonuses based on operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction
• Train and coach team members
• Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems for daily restaurant operations
• Implement controls, especially cash and inventory management
• Set and meet goals for service, operations, and financial results
• Maintain operational standards including speed, safety, and cleanliness
• Manage food and labor variances and take corrective actions
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Work flexible shifts as required
• Demonstrate proficiency in restaurant operations and lead by example
• Provide feedback and coaching to staff
• Apply problem-solving skills effectively
• Follow all regulations, policies, and controls
• Perform other duties as assigned by the RGM

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
• Work in varying temperatures
• Stand for 8-10 hours
• Lift up to 20 lbs

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
• ServSafe certification preferred
