Qualifications

• High School Diploma – GED minimum required.
• Food Handlers, TABC Certification required.
• Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in retail math for cash handling and transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Upsell additional items or promotions to increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawers.
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Assist with food preparation tasks, including assembling burgers, fries, and other menu items.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including cleaning tables, restrooms, and other areas.
• Assist with stocking and restocking supplies, ensuring adequate quantities of ingredients and supplies are available.
• Help other team members with their tasks, as needed, to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handwashing and food handling procedures.
