Whataburger is seeking a team member to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure hot, freshly prepared products to order and support smooth daily operations by performing a variety of tasks that contribute to customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Responsibilities include maintaining product quality, stocking stations, following recipes, and adhering to food safety standards to ensure accurate orders and timely service.

• Prepare products to quality standards and deliver within service time standards.
• Assist food production by preparing and stocking items.
• Perform maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Participate in current promotions and marketing events.
• Operate designated food production and service stations.
• Manage item storage locations and FIFO procedures.
• Stock drink, fry, dining room, and grill stations to maintain service.
• Apply proper storage procedures and FIFO for delivered produce.
• Prepare produce to maintain par levels with FIFO and safe handling.
• Follow recipes to prepare and serve products.
• Maintain utensils and equipment with proper cleaning and storage.
• Clean customer areas including dining room, restrooms, and stations.
• Stock stations to ensure continuous service.
• Follow cash handling policies.
