Responsibilities

• Maintain and update tracking reports for bundled pricing arrangements.
• Support bundled pricing meetings, schedule meetings, prepare materials, and take minutes.
• Assist providers in collecting appropriate reimbursement and verify claims.
• Enter, verify, and balance claims data; coordinate with payer for payments.
• Interpret contract terms and apply them to expected payments; troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Provide monthly settlements schedule to Rush Health Finance/International Health.
• Maintain corporate files for bundled pricing arrangements and contracts.
• Support department goals and maintain a professional work environment.
• Establish relationships with Rush staff, providers, and billing staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
