Rush University Medical Center is seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle to oversee hospital and physician collections, drive system operations, and lead daily workflows within the SBO Enterprise Services department. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; five years Revenue Cycle experience required.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent required; minimum five years Revenue Cycle experience.

Responsabilités

• Manages day-to-day transactions and processes within Revenue Cycle.
• Mentors staff and conducts staff evaluations per Rush policy; provides development opportunities.
• Supports strategic planning and ensures effective execution of initiatives for the functional area.
• Monitors performance metrics and identifies improvement opportunities for Revenue Cycle.
• Collaborates with other leaders to ensure smooth interdependencies and workflows.
• Leverages Epic and non-Epic tools to meet functional objectives and closes gaps.
• Develops and maintains reporting tools for effective management of the department.
• Recruits and guides direct reports, ensuring optimal human capital.
• Ensures quality and accuracy of staff and department outputs.
• Promotes teamwork and innovation across Revenue Cycle and stakeholder departments.
