Shirley Contracting Company, LLC seeks Bulldozer Operators to join our dirt and utility crews across multiple job sites in the Richmond, VA area. This full-time, year-round position offers competitive pay and benefits, with start times around 6:00–7:00 AM and overtime as needed.

Candidates must have experience operating heavy equipment; GPS/UTS experience preferred; be able to work outdoors in all seasons and pass pre-employment physical/drug screening.

Competenze

• Experience operating heavy equipment (onsite try-out conducted)
• GPS/UTS experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
• Must pass pre-employment physical/drug screening

Mansioni

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers and motor graders
• Perform general maintenance including greasing, checking fluid levels, and cleaning of tracks
• Daily cleaning of equipment
• Report deficiencies to Foreman immediately
• Willingness to perform manual labor tasks to support projects
• Ensure the company's health and safety culture, policies and requirements are met
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customer and co-workers
