Shirley Contracting Company, LLC is seeking Bulldozer Operators to join our dirt and utility crews at various job sites. Operators will handle dozers and related heavy equipment, with an onsite try-out and outdoor work throughout the year.

The role starts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM; overtime, nights and weekends may be required. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with company match, paid time off and holidays. Applicants must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US.

Formación

• Experience running heavy equipment (an onsite try-out will be conducted).
• GPS/UTS experience preferred.
• Work in outdoor environments in all seasons.
• Must pass pre-employment physical/drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers and motor graders.
• Perform general maintenance including greasing, checking fluid levels, and cleaning of tracks.
• Daily cleaning of equipment.
• Report deficiencies to Foreman immediately.
• Willing to perform manual labor to support projects.
• Maintain health and safety policies and positive relations with customers and co-workers.
