Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator (Dozer Operator) at our Middle River, MD location to safely operate a bulldozer, move and grade materials, and maintain stockpiles for efficient production.

You will work outdoors in all weather, follow site plans and safety rules, and coordinate with loaders and plant operators to meet targets while ensuring environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating bulldozers, preferably in a quarry or aggregate environment.
• Proven experience operating bulldozers in aggregates, mining, or heavy construction.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers to move, level, and spread materials such as sand, gravel, and crushed stone.
• Maintain proper stockpile shapes and manage material flow for efficient production.
• Clear and prepare land for mining, hauling roads, and plant operations.
• Assist with stripping overburden to expose aggregate deposits.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
