Job summary

Family Dollar in Duncan, Oklahoma is seeking a Team Member to provide production and quality support in the Bulk operation. You will process damages, break down cases, and keep work areas clean to maintain a smooth workflow.

Physical ability to lift up to 50–80 pounds, willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays, and strict adherence to safety procedures are required. This is a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment at 201 E. Cherokee Rd, Duncan, OK 73533 (DC204).

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean and organized work areas.
• Prepares areas for the next shift to minimize downtime.
• Removes damaged merchandise and returns stray cases to correct pick slots.
• Breaks down master cases and handles packing materials.
• Ensures barcode visibility for efficient scanning.
• Performs daily PIT checks and reports defects to management.
• Operates PIT equipment following safety procedures.
• Follows all company policies and safety guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
