Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee the Inventory Control operations on the day shift. You will supervise up to 10 associates and coordinate with management to promote inventory accuracy and continuous process improvements at the Duncan, OK Distribution Center.

The role requires basic computer skills (MS Office/WMS), ability to lift up to 60 lb, and willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Supervisory role in a distribution/warehouse setting preferred.
• Experience with inventory control processes and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Distribution Center policies and procedures.
• Analyze reports to measure effectiveness of the Distribution Center.
• Coordinate communication with Corporate Office, Stores, and DC Management to resolve inventory issues.
• Periodically audit department processes including Receiving, Storage, Forklift, Shipping, Bulk and Repack.
• Organize Inventory Control functions and train team members on inventory and system processes.
