Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing bulk terminal operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing both departmental managers and hourly employees.
• Strong background in vessel operations, stevedoring, and warehousing.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues related to mobile equipment, cranes, and other heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop supervisory staff to ensure safe and efficient handling of bulk commodities.
• Ensure all terminal operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally compliant manner.
• Drive operational efficiency and cost control to meet budget targets.
• Oversee employee training programs to support onboarding and ongoing development.
