Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading a medium to large direct-report team.
• Familiarity with USCG rules for dock or marine terminal operations.
• Willingness to work shift and/or overtime hours.
• Ability to understand and use Galahad Bulk inventory management system.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of coal and pet-coke bulk handling operations.
• Establish crew schedules to meet customer needs within the budget.
• Manage rail, vessel, barge scheduling and related reporting.
• Enforce Kinder Morgan safety rules and procedures.
• Train and develop subordinates for bulk loading/unloading tasks.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment reliability.
• Interact with customers on scheduling and materials handling.
• Maintain accurate site records and payroll documentation.
