Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in field operations, logistics, property management, or related.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to obtain DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the Bulk and Leveling team daily.
• Work as a technician when needed to support coverage.
• Drive a company truck on assigned routes servicing apartment communities.
• Inspect, photograph, and document bulky items with company tools.
• Keep dumpster/compactor areas clean, safe, and compliant.
