Job summary

ALLY WASTE SERVICES LLC is seeking a Bulk Technician to keep apartment communities clean by removing bulky items and waste. This hands-on role involves route driving, heavy lifting, and hauling to landfills, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The position runs full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, starting at 6:00 AM, with potential overtime. Compensation ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid non-CDL driver's license with at least 2 consecutive years of licensed driving.
• Clean driving record as verified after offer.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and on landfill environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck and trailer to service properties along an assigned daily route.
• Check in, photograph, and document bulky items using our mobile app.
• Load and secure oversized items using proper lifting and stacking techniques.
• Haul collected items to the assigned disposal facility and unload upon arrival.
• Complete scheduled pickups efficiently within established timeframes.
• Communicate property concerns, access issues, or service exceptions to management promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow company safety procedures.
• Report equipment issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.
