Job summary

Ally Waste is seeking a Bulk Tech Driver to service apartment communities along a daily route. You will drive a company truck, load bulky items, and document items via our mobile app, ensuring timely pickups.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 lbs, pass a DOT medical certificate, and maintain safety while working outdoors in landfill-like environments. This full-time role offers competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid non-CDL driver's license with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Clean driving record - verified after offer.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience in waste management or hauling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck and trailer to service properties along an assigned daily route.
• Check in, photograph, and document bulky items using our mobile app.
• Load and secure oversized items using proper lifting and stacking techniques.
• Haul collected items to the disposal facility and unload upon arrival.
• Complete scheduled pickups efficiently within established timeframes.
• Communicate property concerns, access issues, or service exceptions to management promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow company safety procedures.
• Report equipment issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.
