Job summary

Lhoist North America is seeking a Bulk Loader/Operator to manage loading operations for truck and rail shipments. The role requires ensuring accurate weights, preventing contamination, and maintaining a safe, efficient loading environment.

You will inspect equipment, complete necessary paperwork, and participate in training programs while supporting SQF and environmental health and safety initiatives at the site in Burnet, Texas.

Qualifications

• Industrial background and troubleshooting experience preferred in bulk loading or manufacturing.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for loading and weights.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth and efficient truck/rail traffic flow.
• Inspect trailers/railcars pre-load to prevent contamination.
• Complete bills of lading for shipments and keep accurate logs.
• Train and cross-train employees on equipment and safety procedures.
• Perform daily equipment checks and assist in plant cleanup.
