Job summary

Lhoist North America in Clifton, Texas is seeking an experienced Load-Out Associate to ensure safe, efficient shipping operations. You will inspect trailers, load different silo products, and verify weights and paperwork for truck and rail shipments.

The role requires basic math, the ability to operate heavy equipment, and willingness to work shifts seven days a week, including holidays. You’ll join a safety‑driven team focused on reliability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a load-out environment.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth flow of truck and rail traffic.
• Inspect trailers and railcars to ensure no contaminants prior to loading.
• Distribute product types into correct trucks/rail cars and verify weights.
• Complete bill of lading for truck and rail shipments.
• Maintain inventory levels of Gyp bags and silo inventory.
