Job summary

Lhoist North America is seeking a Truck Loader/Customer Service associate to operate scale house procedures, weigh and load bulk trucks, and maintain accurate data entry. You will support site leaders, greet drivers, and help ensure safety and quality across loading operations in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include data entry, loading accuracy, and adherence to MSHA and FSMA requirements while demonstrating strong customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–5 years related experience preferred.
• Manufacturing background and basic math skills required.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, holidays, and overtime.
• Knowledge of MSHA, FSMA (Safe Food/Safe Quality Feed) policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weigh trucks in and out of the plant.
• Track weight data from scale to computer system.
• Enter accurate data into the computer system.
• Load bulk trucks with minimal overloads and reloads and identify correct materials.
• Ensure correct product and weight are loaded onto trucks.
• Inspect trucks for SFSF and quality compliance.
• Take quality samples of loads for QA.
