Job summary

Didion Milling is seeking a Night Shift Food Quality Technician in Kentucky to ensure product safety and quality. You will perform routine testing, record data, and maintain a clean, compliant work environment while adapting to shifts and production needs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to learning new systems, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance.

Job description

Compensation: $22-$26 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour | Extra PTO: 40 hours annually

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine testing and inspections to guarantee product quality and safety.


• Accurately record and analyze data using computer systems.


• Maintain a clean, food-safe work environment by following established procedures.


• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and keep operations running smoothly.


• Collaborate with a team committed to precision and continuous improvement.

Physical testing + production quality checks (no chemistry or advanced lab experience required)!

What You Bring

• A strong work history and proven reliability.


• Sharp attention to detail and a passion for quality.


• Comfort working in regulated or food-safe environments.


• Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.

  (Experience in lab testing, food production, or quality assurance is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right candidates!)
