Job summary

Kettle Cuisine in Lynn, MA is hiring a Bulk Filling Machine Operator on a full-time, on-site basis. You will support the production line from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, ensuring safety, sanitation, quality, quantity, and cost targets are met while following GMPs and HACCP rules.

You will operate filling machines, verify correct cups and sizes, report downtime, manage waste, and collaborate with supervisors to keep production meeting customer specs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to work all scheduled shifts and weekends as required.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably food industry.
• Experience with filling machinery is a plus.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machine according to recipe and orders.
• Ensure correct cup/type and sizes are used.
• Perform daily area checks and report non-compliance.
• Maintain clean and safe production area (GMP/HACCP).
• Monitor waste, downtime, and communicate issues to supervision.
• Support inventory of cups, film, and related materials.
• Follow safety, sanitation, quality, quantity, cost targets.

The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries for the Lynn, MA location only. Ranges will be reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. The Bulk Filling Machine Operator position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package and is eligible for the annual discretionary bonus program up to 5%.
