Job summary

Kettle Cuisine is seeking a Stock Cook in Lynn, MA to support our production line and prepare stock batches to recipe specifications on a 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shift.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, following GMPs, maintaining a clean production area, and working with the team to ensure safe, high-quality products are produced efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating machinery.
  • Ability to work all scheduled shifts, including weekends.
  • Hoist training and power jack operation experience preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Experience in temperature-controlled food production.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare each batch of stock following the recipe precisely.
  • Ensure all machinery is operational; report issues promptly.
  • Perform daily area checks for non-compliance and report to supervisor.
  • Ensure finished product conforms to specifications and GMPs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized production area and proper inventory of raw materials.
  • Report downtime to maintenance and communicate changes to relevant parties.

The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries for the Lynn, MA location only. Ranges will be reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. The Stock Cook position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package and is eligible for the annual discretionary bonus program up to 5%. Kettle Cuisine and all its legal entities comply with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
