Job summary

AdvanSix seeks a Chemical Loading Operator to safely transfer bulk liquid chemicals by truck, rail, and barge. You will handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials following plant procedures and ensure efficient product movement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in manufacturing or chemical plant operations is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card is required.
• Chemical operations background/experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transfer bulk liquid chemical products to and from trucks, rail, and barges.
• Handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with plant requirements.
• Provide efficient movement of inbound and outbound company products.
• Load and unload hazardous liquid chemical trucks, rail cars, and barges.
• Adhere to standard procedures to ensure safety, quality, and production goals.
• Maintain housekeeping and participate in emergency response activities.
