Job summary

PSC Group is hiring a Chemical Loading Operator to join our team. This full-time role offers hands-on training, a safety-focused environment, and long-term career growth with a company that values its people.

You will secure vessels at the loading rack, transfer product according to procedures, verify weight limits, complete required paperwork, and communicate with site leadership and customer contacts. The job includes a 12-hour rotating shift with days/nights, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but not required; paid on-the-job training is available.
• May require a valid Driver's License and/or a valid TWIC card depending on work location.
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams.
• Speak, write, read fluent English.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required.
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the vessel is secured and inspected at the loading rack.
• Transfers product according to procedures.
• Checks product / vessel weight to ensure limitations do not exceed.
• Completes required paperwork prior to releasing the vessel.
• Communicates with site leadership, team members and customer contacts.
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.
