Job summary

Matheson Tri-Gas is seeking a TGCM Senior Site Services Technician to direct the on-site TGCM technicians and serve as the primary customer interface. The role covers safety leadership, operations management, and daily reporting.

You will operate gas and chemical distribution systems, manage hazardous materials, train staff, support audits, and drive process improvements while coordinating with the customer and Matheson management.

Qualifications

• Advanced troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Train and mentor new and less experienced TGCM Site Service Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce safety protocols for site technicians.
• Develop local work procedures with a focus on safety and quality.
• Lead day-to-day operations and interface with the customer on all activities.
• Perform monthly reporting for customer and Matheson management.
• Operate chemical and gas distribution systems and handle hazardous materials.
