Job summary

General Mills Geneva is hiring for a Bulk and Railcar Unloader. You will manage unloading, receiving, and storage of bulk ingredients for our mixing operation, while ensuring correct formulas and procedures are followed.

Role requires experience in manufacturing, English communication, and the ability to operate and calibrate packaging equipment, with readiness for overtime and all shifts. Competitive benefits and plant growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English with coworkers.
• Experience in ingredient bulk unloading preferred.
• Manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and store bulk raw ingredients for mixing.
• Monitor ingredient formulas and unloading procedures.
• Support production packaging and equipment startup/shutdown.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and coordinate with maintenance staff.
• Complete quality checks and documentation promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
