Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support a 24/7 operation within the One Tier Sales Strategy.

This role provides vacation coverage for other merchandisers and may be the first call point for weekend coverage, coordinating between customers, merchandisers and drivers to ensure proper route coverage and inventory handling. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year of experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year of work experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelves per procedures.
• Manages, sells, and executes for assigned customers on daily routes; generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure strong RED scores.
• Organizes back room and inventory by stacking, shelving, and returning pallets.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel and communicates opportunities.
• Coordinates weekend coverage; acts as liaison between customer, merchandiser and driver.
