Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD Model within a 24/7 operation. This role provides vacation coverage for the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser, coordinating with customers, merchandisers, and drivers for order refusals and inventory management.

The candidate will execute weekend plans and keep leadership informed, contributing to route coverage and operational success in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 years of work experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and shelves according to procedures.
• Manages assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products to maintain strong RED scores for customers.
• Maintains back room and arranges pallets, returned pallets, and damaged/out-of-date product.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates merchandise with vendors.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and proactive pricing.
