Job summary

Coca‑Cola Consolidated seeks a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD model in a flexible, 24/7 operation. You will cover vacatons, assist with weekend route coverage, and liaise between customers, merchandisers, and drivers for order changes and inventory issues.

The role emphasizes product merchandising, driving sales through in-store execution, and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years of related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs. Provides vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency.
• Executes promotions and new products based on target lists and marketing plans to ensure excellence in Right Execution Daily scores.
• Organizes and maintains back room, stacks products, and handles pallets and damaged/out-of-date items.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display; rotates products and checks vendor operation.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up and proactive pricing.
• Identifies competitive issues or market activities that could impact the business and maintains safe working practices.
• May handle late PM/early AM weekends to ensure proper route coverage and communication between customer, merchandiser, and driver.
