Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Virginia seeks a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD model within a 24/7 operation. The BAM Specialist may provide vacation coverage and serve as the first call for late shifts, coordinating between customer, merchandiser and driver for orders and inventory flow.

Responsibilities include shelf execution, promotion implementation, back room organization, and proactive store relationship building to drive revenue and gross profit

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of work experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display per procedures and programs.
• Manages daily routes and generates sales orders to support revenue and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and POS materials to maintain RED scores.
• Organizes back room, stacks products, and handles returns of pallets and shells.
• Creates and distributes POS materials and rotates merchandisers.
• Builds relationships with store personnel and discusses opportunities.
