Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD model within a flexible, 24/7 operation. You may cover vacations for the Bulk Account Merchandiser and Merchandiser and coordinate with customers, merchandisers, and drivers for route coverage.

The role involves merchandising on preset routes, executing promotions, and maintaining shelves and back rooms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of work experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures and programs.
• Manage, sell, and execute for an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generate sales orders.
• Execute promotions, new products, and marketing initiatives to ensure high execution scores.
• Organize and maintain back room, stack, rotate, and return pallets and damaged stock.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials and rotate products as needed.
• Interact with store personnel to maintain relationships and address requests or opportunities.
