Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD Model in a fast-paced, flexible operation. This role may cover vacations and weekend shifts, acting as liaison between customer, merchandiser and driver for order refusals and inventory issues.

The position emphasizes on-shelf execution, route coverage, and collaboration with store personnel to maximize revenue, volume, and gross profit while maintaining safety and proper standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge acquired through 0-1 years of work experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs. Provides vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer to ensure day-to-day success and contribute to revenue, volume, and gross profit.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, LOS initiatives, marketing promotions, POS, and plans to ensure excellence in RED scores for assigned customers.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, returning empty pallets and shells, and handling damaged/out-of-date products.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials; rotates product; checks vendor operations to ensure proper execution.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests, proactive pricing, and new opportunities.
• Identifies competitive issues or market activities and communicates them; executes duties safely.
• May cover late PM/early AM weekends ensuring route coverage and acting as liaison among customer, merchandiser and driver.
