Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support a POD model within a flexible, 24/7 operation. This role provides vacation coverage and may be first on-call for weekends to ensure proper route coverage, acting as liaison between customer, merchandiser and driver for refusals and inventory overload.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge acquired through 0-1 years of work experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf; provides vacation coverage.
• Manages, sells, and executes for daily routes; generates sales orders to support revenue and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure RED scores and plan adherence.
• Organizes back room by stacking, arranging product, and processing returns.
