Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist in SKYLAND, NC. This role provides critical support to the POD Model within a 24/7 operation, including vacation coverage and weekend support.

You will coordinate with customers, merchandisers, and drivers to ensure route coverage and timely order handling. Responsibilities include shelf merchandising, route-based sales, promotions, and maintaining back room organization while building strong customer

Qualifications

Problem-solving abilities are required.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders.
Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives, marketing promotions, POS and plans.
Organizes and maintains back room, stacks and arranges product, handles returns and damaged goods.
Creates and distributes POS materials and rotates products; checks vendor operations.
Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and pricing discussions.
Identifies competitive issues and ensures safe working practices; may cover weekends as needed.
