Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is hiring a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist in New Albany, IN.

This role supports the POD model with flexible, 24/7 operations and ensures proper route coverage, acting as liaison between customer, merchandiser, and driver for orders and inventory management. You will participate in weekend operational plans, coordinate with the DSM, and contribute to the store's display execution and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 years of work experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and shelves according to procedures and programs.
• Provides vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
• Manages and sells to an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and marketing plans to ensure high RED scores.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product, returns pallets, and manages damaged/out-of-date stock.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products on shelves.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-ups on requests and opportunities.
