Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser for Mars Hill, NC to manage sales, orders, and on-shelf presentation across assigned customers.

You will execute promotions, refresh products, rotate stock, and build strong relationships with store personnel to improve execution and profitability.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, driving responsibly with a valid license, and thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail or field sales.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes to ensure revenue and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products based on promotions and plans to achieve Right Execution Daily scores.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures.
• Organizes back room by stocking and arranging product and handling returns of damaged/out-of-date items.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and maintains vendor displays where permitted.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel and communicates opportunities and program details.
