Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to cover vacations and open territories in the Raleigh, NC area. You will work with local leaders to learn the industry and gain hands-on route experience across Wake Forest, Clayton, and Raleigh markets.

The role emphasizes flexibility, customer service, and collaboration with store staff, merchandisers, and drivers to ensure proper route coverage and successful promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0-1 years of work experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Fills and rotates products on display; provides vacation coverage to Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
• Manages and sells to assigned customers on pre-set routes; generates sales orders to hit revenue and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products per LOS, marketing promotions, and POS to ensure RED scores.
• Organizes back room, stacks by package/flavor, returns damaged/out-of-date product to the branch.
• Creates and distributes POS materials; rotates product and coordinates with vendors.
• Builds relationships with store personnel via follow-ups, pricing, programs and opportunities.
• Communicates competitive issues and market activity; performs duties safely.
• May be first point for late PM/early AM weekends to cover routes and coordinate with drivers.
