Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support POD Model operations in a 24/7 environment. Role includes vacation coverage for other merchandisers and acting as liaison among customers, merchandisers, and drivers for route coverage and inventory management.

Responsibilities include executing promotions, maintaining displays, managing stock, and fostering store relationships to optimize revenue and gross profit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0-1 years of work experience is typical.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display according to procedures and programs.
• Manages and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure strong RED scores.
• Organizes back room and maintains stock, pallets, and shelves.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and merchandise.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel and coordinates with merchandisers and drivers.
• Identifies competitive issues and communicates market activity impact.
