Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Virginia seeks a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD model in a 24/7 operation. You will cover for Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser, coordinate with store personnel, and ensure proper route coverage and inventory management.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, promotions execution, and daily sales order generation based on customer delivery frequency, contributing to revenue and gross profit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge acquired through 0-1 years of work experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs. Provides vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists and marketing plans to ensure excellence in execution scores.
• Organizes and maintains back room, stacks, and arranges product by package and flavor, handling returns and damaged goods.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelves; rotates product and checks vendors for proper operation.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and opportunities.
• Identifies competitive issues and market activities and communicates them to ensure proper actions.
