Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Raleigh, NC seeks a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to cover vacations and open territories on pre-set routes. Mileage reimbursement is provided; this role services Raleigh area accounts and supports daily route execution.

You will work with local leaders on a flexible, 24/7 operation, ensuring proper route coverage and inventory handling while building strong customer relationships. 5-day work week, weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years of work experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures.
• Manages a group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products for right execution daily.
• Maintains back room, stacks and arranges product by package and flavor.
• Creates and distributes POS materials and rotates displays as allowed.
• Provides vacation coverage to Merchandisers and supports daily operations during holidays.
