Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support vacations and open territories across Laurinburg/Lumberton/Maxton, NC. The role involves route coverage, merchandise stocking, and coordinating with customers, merchandisers, and drivers.

Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores. You will work on pre-set routes, support promotions, and help maintain inventory and displays while collaborating with local leaders to cover

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–1 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures.
• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, LOS initiatives, marketing promotions, and points-of-sale to ensure strong execution.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, and handling returns of pallets and damaged goods.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelves where permitted; rotates product and merchandises Fastlane merchandisers and vendors.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, pricing, and opportunities.
• May be the first call point for late PM/early AM weekends ensuring proper route coverage and coordinating between customer, merchandiser and driver.
