Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Previous customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.
• High initiative and willingness to learn; goal-oriented and competitive.

Responsibilities

• Manages and executes daily routes, processes sales orders, and contributes to revenue and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products according to marketing plans and LOS initiatives.
• Merchandises products on display and on shelves, rotates stock, and maintains back-room organization.
• Supports POS materials deployment and ensures proper vendor operations where applicable.
• Builds and maintains relationships with store personnel through follow‑ups and proactive pricing discussions.
• Identifies competitive issues and communicates market events that could impact the business; adheres to safety guidelines.
