Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Merchandiser for Morristown, TN and surrounding areas. You will present products to attract customers, service multiple accounts, and follow approved planograms and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities include restocking shelves, setting up point-of-sale materials, and maintaining back room organization, while building relationships with store staff. Must lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work independently in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repetitively).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures.
• Moves product from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products on shelves.
• Organizes back room and manages pallets, shells, and damaged/expired products.
• Builds relationships with store personnel and coordinates with cross-functional teams.
