Rimkus is seeking a qualified Consultant to support Built Environment Solutions projects for owners, developers, investors, lenders and contractors. The role emphasizes writing tailored reports, providing technical expertise for assessments, and mentoring junior team members.

Applicants should bring field engineering experience, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work with licensed professionals across commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.

Qualifications

• B.S. in architecture, engineering, building science, construction management or related field required.
• 3-5 years of professional construction experience in ground-up or renovation projects.
• Engineer-in-training (EIT) or PE designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Provide technical expertise for building assessments, repairs, renovations, maintenance, restoration, and new construction projects.
• Review construction drawings and specifications and interpret them for clients.
