You will collaborate with segment leaders, marketing, solution architects, and R&D to translate market trends into differentiated Digital Energy offerings. Travel up to ~20% of the year is required.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in offer management or product management within building automation or related systems.
• Strong understanding of Buildings segments and customer environments.
• Ability to engage with cross-functional teams including Segment Marketing, Solution Architects, and R&D.
• Experience translating market trends into differentiated value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Define and animate the operating model between Buildings segment and DE Solutions offer teams.
• Prioritize Building requirements into DE Solutions offer backlogs.
• Translate priorities into inputs for DE Solutions roadmaps and backlogs.
• Synchronize and steer Buildings-related DE Solutions offer roadmaps.
• Maintain visibility with stakeholders on roadmap directions and decisions.
