Job summary

SNOW PARTNERS LLC seeks a Buildings and Grounds Technician for Mountain Creek in Vernon, NJ. You will handle day-to-day maintenance across plumbing, electrical and carpentry to keep resort operations running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A valid driver's license is required. Expect a flexible schedule with weekends in-season and overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must have mechanical aptitude with strong plumbing and HVAC skills.
• Be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
• Applicants must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends in-season, and overtime when needed.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Trade school or 2-5 years work experience in the field.
• Be able to read and interpret instructions and manuals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electric, and carpentry)
• Preventative maintenance of all systems (i.e. Heating, air conditioning)
• Be able to respond to work orders and directions in a timely manner
• Tree trimming as needed.
• Be able to interact with other departments to accomplish Resort objectives
• Work in a safe manner protecting both yourself and others
• Troubleshoot and repair all systems
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

How the Buildings and Grounds Technician works with the Team:

The Buildings and Grounds Technician is responsible for day-to-day general maintenance of the resort, including but not limited to plumbing, electric, carpentry, and troubleshooting all systems.

Team Member Responsibilities:
