Qualifications

• Education equivalent to high school graduation or higher and two years wage earning experience beyond the completed apprenticeship period for Plumbing & Heating
• If no approved apprenticeship period, education equivalent to high school graduation and three years wage earning experience for Plumbing & Heating
• Must hold or be eligible for PA Vocational Certificate I or II for Plumbing & Heating or Vocational Intern Certificate or Emergency Certificate

Responsibilities

• Curriculum adaptation to meet student needs
• Deliver classroom and shop lessons in plumbing and heating within construction trades
• Maintain student attendance, records, inventories, and supplies
• Establish rules, monitor inmate conduct, and take corrective action
• Develop and administer tests, quizzes, and final evaluations
