Qualifications

• Education or Certification(s) or industry experience in the building trades field.
• Ability to interpret and apply Federal, State and local policies, procedures, laws and regulations.
• Ability to interpret and apply CFCC goals, objectives, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver instruction with materials, lesson plans, assessments and activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver classroom, laboratory, and hands-on instruction in building trades and related technologies.
• Evaluate student performance with assignments, labs, and competency-based assessments.
• Develop and revise curriculum to align with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
• Maintain safe, organized labs and monitor equipment and training aids.
